Since the opening of its Dubai office in 2004, Malchas has built a unique set of relationships with owners, developers, investors, and operators. These relationships are based on a long-term view and a win-win approach which has been commended by all our clients.
Malchas has worked on dozens of projects, with the aim to create value for owners and developers as well as retail and hotel brands looking to expand in the UAE and the greater region. All our assignments keep the interests of both parties in a perfect balance, as it is our belief that any one-sided agreement will only lead to a short-lived relationship.
Our philosophy is that a smartly structured relationship will create value beyond the contractual agreements set between the parties in their first assignment.
