Canada-based Malchas Management Consultants was created in November 1981 to serve in real estate consulting for a diverse range of projects, including regional shopping centers, mixed-use downtown developments, retail complexes, and hotels. Since 1989, Malchas has concentrated its work on retail, hospitality, and leisure projects. Malchas has been present in Dubai since 2005 with the objective to concentrate on projects located in Dubai and the region.

In this region, Malchas has been associated with various mixed-use real estate projects in the UAE, Pakistan, and India, ranging in size from 100,000 sq.ft. to 4,000,000 sq.ft., and has successfully completed several advisory mandates. Malchas has taken a leading role in the signing of at least 50 hotel management contracts in the Middle East and the Indian sub-continent, on behalf of various developers and hotel chains, including Accor, Starwood, Marriott, Warwick, and Barcelo.
